Summer Reading at the Library

Speaking of the library, don't forget to sign up for summer reading programs:

Sign up as a Reader or a Listener online or at any library location. Readers read for 15 hours. Listeners (for those not quite reading yet) listen to 30 books being read to them. You can pick up a reading log at any Library location, or download one (for Readers or for Listeners).
To keep you going, there are great special events all summer long throughout the county. Keep track of your reading as you go--pick up a reading log at any library location. And at the end, you get a prize pack full of fantastic coupons, games and more!
We Have Great Programs All Summer Long! And this isn't even half--check out our event calendar for a complete schedule, or pick up a summer Off the Shelf at any Library location.
When your young reader or listener completes the summer reading:

Our youngest readers win a great age-appropriate toy--an animal hand puppet (variety of animals). Older readers (5 and up) win a reward book full of free stuff to do and tasty summer snacks.
