Children's Festival of Reading

From our library system:
Your favorite stories will pop off the page as this year's Children's Festival of Reading--May 21, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at downtown Knoxville's World's Fair Park--welcomes pop-up artist extraordinaire Robert Sabuda, one of today's most innovative and inventive children's book creators and many other acclaimed authors, including Imagination Library author Grace Lin! The whole region is invited to meet great authors, sit in on thrilling stories and get toes tappin' with songs from around the world. The fun continues all day long with a mad scientist, a roaming circus, arts & crafts, a bouncy house, and a wagon ride. There are even special activities just for the youngest children. It's the most exciting way to gear up for a summer of reading!
Check out a clip from last year on the library's page.
