Reminder to attend Farmer's Market, gardening worshop


I received the email today from New Harvest Park Farmer's Market and though I've already posted about their opening day, this Thursday, April 14, the email was too good not to share!

Here's what to expect:
 
Join us from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. for Opening Day at New Harvest Park Farmers Market.
 
The weather is going to be BEAUTIFUL, and nearly 20 vendors have already signed up with more adding on every day!
 
Plus, we will have a GARDENING 101 WORKSHOP at 3:30 p.m. at our NEW EDUCATIONAL GARDEN! The workshop will cover site selection, soil preparation, planting, weed control, and any questions you may have about gardening.

Clear Springs Farm - bedding plants, raspberry canes, Tennessee Tomato topper
Cruze Dairy - fresh milk & ice cream, including buttermilk lemon custard, Jersey Cow Chocolate and more! 
Gail Lowery - homemade soaps with essential oils
Grassy Creek Soaps - all natural homemade soaps - fragrance free
KB Treats - pet treats
Kim Holden - vegetable plants
Laurel Creek Meats - fresh meats and eggs
Laughing Girl - handmade jewelry, crocheted and knitted items
Melanie Wheeler - handmade jewelry and wind chimes
Mitchell Family Farm - 100% natural Grainger county beef
Mountain Meadows - spring greens, kale and herbs
Organicism Farms - arugula, green onions, herbs, live micro greens, sprouts, jellies and more
Seven Springs Farm - asparagus, rhubarb, spinach, swiss chard, onions, kale
