ECO-Make & Take Jewelry/Craft Class

Good news and bad news here--the good news is this looks really cool, but the bad news is that I just now found out about it. I sure hope to attend one of these in the future. Here's the details:

Fashion Alchemy Presents:

ECO-Make & Take: Recycle, Renew, Restructure

Bring your scrap fabric, old watches, shrunk sweaters, costume jewelry--or use our materials at a muli-project craft lesson and workshop! Mavericks of crafting will help you create your own piece out of recycled materials.

So, bring that one orphan earring, and old watch, etc and make it into a new piece of jewelry art!
Necklace: from their Facebook page.

This class is tomorrow, May 1, 1-7 p.m. at Pilot Light (in the Old City). Price is $10.00 per class (bring your reusable materials). I'm assuming you can drop in at some point between those times, 1-7 p.m., but I forgot to ask.

To RSVP or for more information, call Sarah Brobst at six, eight, four-7466 and check them out on Facebook: The-Fashion-Alchemy-Club-and-Pop-Up-Shop. Also, see: TWIG Original Textiles.

"We believe one you use your hands to make something, you will be hooked--even if you have never touched glue, metal, felt or a sewing machine before."
