Here's what I do to make the transition a little easier, and the key is just that you have to remember!
Since we're losing an hour of time, I make sure to put my toddler to bed earlier--in 15 minute increments leading up to the time change, or 30 minutes ahead for two nights in a row leading up. So far, it's worked well.
So, this is mine and your reminder note! Put up a sign on the wall... mark your wall calendar or planner... and hopefully this spring forward won't be as tiring.
